Dr Jose C Rodriguez Portela is a surgically trained podiatrist, with over 15 years of solo practice experience. Assisted to podiatry school at California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA from 1996-2000. Then completed a two year comprehensive podiatric residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center from 2000-2002 in Brooklyn, NY.
